The New Built to Order StellarDrive 6R (EQ6-R)

This is a serious giant killer of a mount, and even more so as a StellarDrive 6R ULTRA. We take a stock EQ6-R and completely re-engineer it.

This translates in to a sub 0.5 ArcSec RMS mount with a full 25kg imaging payload, meaning you can go to a 130mm triplet, a 10" f4 Newtonian or 9.25" SCT.

Featuring our StellarDrive SPX worm-gears, repolished gear rings and castings, treated axis bearings, and Rowan belts, the only things we don't touch in the drivetrain are the motors and the motherboard.

If you want a mount that images while you can sleep, that is very consistent and doesn't cost the Earth. This is it.
